These terms are a contract between you and veelabs (“we”, “us”). By adding Vee to a Discord server, signing in at veesupport.com, or using the Service in any way, you accept them. If you use the Service on behalf of a server or business, you confirm you’re authorized to bind it.

Vee answers support tickets in your Discord server using AI, based on the knowledge base you provide, and escalates to your staff when it isn’t confident. The Service is in early access: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

You sign in with Discord. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for how your server’s staff configure and use the bot. Keep control of your Discord account — we can’t distinguish you from someone using it.

Knowledge docs, custom messages, and ticket content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the Service (including sending them to AI model providers to generate replies). You’re responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

• Don’t use the Service for anything illegal or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Don’t violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines with it.
• Don’t abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or evade plan limits.
• Don’t use it to harass people or to send spam.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section.

Replies are generated automatically by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated — every reply says so. You’re responsible for the policies in your knowledge base, for reviewing how the bot represents them, and for decisions made based on its answers. The bot’s answers are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and do not bind us.

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Whop and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Each plan includes a monthly AI reply limit. When it’s reached, the bot escalates tickets to staff instead of answering until the period resets.
• Prices and limits may change; we’ll give notice before changes affect an active subscription. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.

You can stop using the Service anytime by removing the bot and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms, abuse, or legal necessity. Sections 4, 6, 9, and 10 survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, veelabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

These terms are the entire agreement about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
