Privacy Policy

veelabs operates Vee (“the Service”) — an AI support bot for Discord servers and the management panel at veesupport.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It applies to server owners and staff who use the panel, and to members whose messages appear in watched ticket channels.

• Account data. When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address, plus the list of servers you manage (used only to show your server picker).
• Server data. For servers where the bot is installed: server ID, name, icon, channel categories, role names/IDs, and member counts.
• Ticket content. Messages posted in watched ticket channels — including message text, sender ID and username, and whether an attachment was sent. We do not store attachment files themselves.
• Knowledge base content. The documents server owners add for the bot to answer from.
• Usage data. Reply counts, escalation counts, and similar aggregate metrics per server.
• Billing data. Payments are processed by Whop. We store your subscription status, plan, and membership ID — never card numbers or payment credentials.

• To run the Service: generate replies in tickets from the server’s knowledge base.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To operate billing and account management.
• To provide support and debug problems you report.

Ticket messages and knowledge base content are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate replies. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in to the panel. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Only service providers we need to operate: hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare (network), Whop (billing), and AI model providers (reply generation). We may disclose data if required by law. We never sell personal data.

Ticket transcripts and knowledge docs are kept while a server uses the Service so history and analytics work. Removing the bot from a server stops all collection for that server. To request deletion of a server’s data or your account data, contact us (below) — we’ll action it within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and secrets (like Enterprise bot tokens) are encrypted at rest. No system is 100% secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we’ll notify affected accounts without undue delay.

The Service is not directed at children and requires a Discord account; Discord’s minimum age (13, higher in some countries) applies.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions or deletion requests: reach us through the veelabs support Discord.
